The staff was friendly and nice, solved all problems we had.

The front desk staff, especially Ahmet, were extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment on the 5th floor was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great, as it was near a big shopping mall and had a swimming pool with a spa, Turkish bath, and sauna. The building was modern and had its own parking. The view from the apartment and the surroundings were fantastic. We also appreciated the bonus of having a washing machine and a kitchen equipped with utensils. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff members, Jan and Muhammed, at the reception were lovely.

Stayed for 5 nights and was impressed by this pet-friendly hotel. The location was favourable and the staff was amiable during the whole stay! European Side district was worth visiting. I was given apartment with a balcony and WiFi.

The location was great, in an industrial area but convenient to go everywhere. It was a short walk to the airport and all facilities. the room was spacious and offered useful amenities like a dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. Having a bath in the bathroom was a nice touch.

During my recent travels to Istanbul, I had the opportunity to stay at Prime Istanbul Residences. As a frequent traveler, I often have to find accommodation for transit purposes, and Prime Istanbul Residences proved to be a convenient choice. Located at a distance of 17 km from Sultanahmet Tram, it offered easy access to this popular tourist area. being 45 km away from Istanbul, the distance to the city center was not too far, allowing me to explore and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul.

Although I understand that this is not necessarily the fault of the Residence, it would be beneficial if they were more up-to-date with pest control measures to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

Staff here are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. the location is spot on for us because we wanted to hit up a big mall, and it's just a short hop away from here! 😊

We had a great stay here. The building and the apartment were fantastic. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and there was even a washing machine.
